As part of our product security and CRA compliance processes, MBW Technologies provides a dedicated method for reporting potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities or security incidents involving our products.

Reporting a Security Issue

If you believe you have identified a cybersecurity vulnerability or other security issue involving an MBW Technologies product, please contact us at:

When submitting a report, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

• Product name or part number
• Firmware or software version, if known
• A description of the potential vulnerability or security issue
• Steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable
• The potential impact of the issue
• Whether you have observed or have reason to believe the issue is being actively exploited
• Your name and contact information so we can follow up if additional information is needed

Please do not include sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information unless it is necessary to evaluate the reported issue.

What Happens After You Submit a Report

MBW Technologies will review reported security issues and evaluate their potential impact on affected products.

Where appropriate, we will coordinate with our suppliers, customers, and other relevant parties to investigate the issue, determine what corrective action may be necessary, and address any applicable reporting requirements under the EU Cyber Resilience Act or other applicable cybersecurity regulations.

We may contact you for additional information during our investigation.
